Anyone got any tips on gaining weight? I need to become a bit less skeletor-esque, particularly with this size zero bashing.
I have at least 3 meals a day (at least one cooked meal) and constantly snack, but my weight won't go above 9 1/2 stone! I'm also quite active, play football, jumping around in band practice etc.
I've already ruled out the following methods-
# Eating Pies
# Moving to America
# Being Michelle McManus' flatmate
All the stuff in magazine and t'internets seems to be on losing weight, i've tried using this 'in reverse' but to no avail. Grr.
