I will not be tuning in when its on.
I can't think of anything more insulting than being pressured into feeling guilty for not giving money to this cause, by a bunch of rich C-listers.
What makes them think that by letting us see REALLY 'unexpected' things, like newsreaders doing the can-can (or something equally wHaCky), we're going to think to ourselves: "Well, if they're prepared to do something THAT funny, I'm going to give lots of money to Comic Relief!"
Apart from the fact I was really chuffed that Children In Need failed to exceed its previous amount raised, I was also disgusted at Terry Wogan et. al., telling me and my fellow viewers that 'This is not good enough.'.
In short: I won't be happy until they donate the majority of their profits this cause, and start living a much worse quality of life, giving their mountains of money to Comic Relief.
