Does that make you Luke Duke?
in Papua New Guinea?
although I rarely do.
I'd do it quite often - it seems like a quite relaxing passtime. I'd quite like to be one of those people they occasionally show on the tv cricket coverage, the ones who just sit there painting the match.
but I have had all creative urges forced out of me. I used to write short stories as well.
its quite old though, and in reverse colours. Ive done A LOT better.
and you made Orlando Bloom look like Chris Cornell. Well done! :)
how many people CANT.
I'm not having that, EVRYONE can draw or paint, it's just they think they can't or won't.
Weather you are any good or not is a diffrent discussion.
get that wrong, since primary 5 i've had a mental block on certain words.
Nice site by the way. Wish I had sound on my work pc so I can check this out proper.
I have tons of it about. I used to chuck everything away but as of a year ago I started keeping it.
I really like your felt pen work (if i am wrong apologies) I worked exclusivly in black marker for 3 years and then switched to black biro for 2. Now I've gone full colour and I'll try anything.
mostly inanimate objects though.
EXCEPT FOR FRUIT. I CAN'T DO FRUIT.
I can draw:
Rod Hull and Emu
For some reason I seem unable to draw women without them looking like whores.
but i thought better of it. Just goes to show how very different you and I really are. Unlike you, I have respect for whores.
I'd rather paint though
I'm no draughtsman though:
but ran out of ideas after about four of them. I haven't drawn for months :(
aw i like
but only until penalty shootouts come in
drawing cross legged people. Also birds. But then Sarah Jane Goodall revolutionised bird drawing by depicting v's in the sky (no, not flying V's).
my classes collective imagination died. Curse you SJG. CURSE YOU
She also turned down a Christmas card I tried to give her, stating 'Sorry, I don't accept home-made cards'
Well, she was when I was 8.
She was no Wendy Casterton though.
When I was 8, it was all about Rebecca Johnson! Man, I would've held her hand all night long!!
not a drawing!
it's chalk pastels!
it's the first drawing i've done in about three years.
soon - moving on to people. heh :)
and messy artist in most ways. I prefer sticking things together and making something. I always got marked down for not having enough 'still life' in my portfolio.
Andy Goldsworthy is my favourite artist by far.
i wish i could :(
