Yesterday I made a leek and onion soup and it ruled!
But today is all about new ideas and challenges, so, I put forward to the good townsfolk here at DiSworld to recco me a vegtable that I might not necessarily have tried before.
To give you some direction, I am heavily influenced by chinese authentic cooking so boc choyi, chinese cabbage, mustard kole (?) etc etc.
whats the other name for Eggplant??
