Well, things sure don't change much in DiS world do they.....
wait a minute!!!! :O
but welcome back tre_cools_sticks.
think of all the ltd vinyl stuff you could buy and flog on for huge prices ;)
Lily Allen or something and make megacash.
by Miss Dynamite? At the start of the video the crowd is going 'booooooooooooooooooo'. When someone enquires as to why they are booing, a chap says 'BECAUSE THIS TUNE IS HEAVY BREDRIN' and runs out of the venue. Strange.
he's back he's back!
i'm reminded of the DiS Band Camden Crawl that i didn't go to because everyone on here scared me a tad at the time, with the faculty at the dublin and your old band at the PT..
should I unpack the butter?
you'll have to bugger Judge_B or something.
Nice to see some of the old faces on here still kicking around!
Yes, I remember that night at the PT - I'm not actually in TDMTI anymore, but at least some of you acknowledge I was in the band (not like the band members themselves lol)
So, how is everyone? Chevron are supporting Von Kleet and Meet John Doe on Saturday - anyone going?
You can do one you bastard! This is a respectable forum now...
Erm, sorry?! But, I don't understand. I come in peace. Have I missed much since, well, 2005 as someone mentioned!
you don't find me telling everyone that I'm running RoTa on Saturday 24th of March, featuring the Sailplanes, the Cathode Ray Syndrome* and Swimsuit Issue's comeback gig, starting at 4pm and all for FREE. Do you?
Just mentioning the gig - no offence intended. Cut an old boy some slack, I'm going to have to get back into the swing of things on here.
Anyone got some rope, a tree and a plank of wood?
Not that we're not happy to see you again.
New internet-friendly job?
Quick, someone start another sex thread.
welcome home son.
answers please Glasso...
the same, tre_cool comes back, and Theo goes on about buggery.
You're right, some things never change...
Yes, my new job is internet friendly and I thought to myself "Lets go see how DiS is as I haven't for a while, plug my gig and hope to see a few of the old guard and see whats what."
Instead I get buggery, don't jag and saying they thought I was dead....I've missed you guys!
Yeth yeth me bredwin Ralphcore, big up yo'self.
I met you briefly, then you disappeared!
I was worried I may have been the last person to see you alive.
Remind me where and when we met? Not to be rude, but it's been so loooong....
I came and shook your hand after your performance. I was very drunk.
I do remember you drunkenly popping and we conversed for a couple minutes.
I promptly got drunk afterwards!
yes yes rude boi. Remeber that time I suggested that perhaps Tre Cool isnt as great a drummer as he makes out and you where all like 'no, he's good in my book' and i was like 'yeah ok, as long as you're happy and he provides you with the motivation to make drumming fun' and you where all like 'yeah drumming is all about having fun and scoping chicks' and i was like 'amen to that brah' then we did a e-high-five (e^5!)
I learned a lot that day! never leave again.
I got that conversation tattooed on my back dontcha know. Got the idea off of the Sidwell blighter who plays with hoops on his shirt. Bit ginger but midfield steel what what!
I seem to remember us agreeing drumming is "da shit freshen ah, sticks beats picks everytime" and then I did a spontaneous breakdance whilst you beat boxed the theme of "The Good Life" (e^5!)
Heady days - great to see you again Ralphy
fun times indeed.
Imagine if we where both drummers in a band (with 2 drummers, der) and we took our shirts off! that'd be so cool. Like the time mentioned above, but cooler cos we'd have our shirts off! Im glad there is someone with whom i am able to RELATE TO once again.
cos that guy was cool
What was he called?
What news on their 2007 UK gigs?
