best dragons den contestant ever!
on my myspace profile under 'heroes'. No joke.
I saw that BBC news were interviewing him just before I left for work, so I sky plussed it.
I shall henceforth be ignoring this thread until I've seen it.
can't afford a mortgage, but you've got Sky Plus?
I know that one is a helluva lot cheaper in comparison, but...
...I don't know what my point is now. Carry on
Don't wanna rent no more no more.
Also, don't wanna lose sky plus, but it's gonna happen :(
his littly ditty is stuck in my head.
buying that stuff if I ever see it
he got it sent to him via some website or other.

Ann, my umbrella, tonight, FACT :D
the quote they chose to highlight in this story
thats the money line.
you know theres been a big mistake here......the publicity is at the maximum because of dragons den, yet I cannot find the product to buy to satiate my curiosity.............we all need some now........If the dragon that invested in him had had any real business sense, he would have delayed the showing of that episode until they had actually put bottles onto supermarket shelves.
I seem to remember (not Levi Roots)
Do you think that the investment was because the dragon just wanted a cool rasta mate who could score him some puff?
Because nice though he was he did make an enourmous mistake with the figures.
Or did they invest because they realised that , although there are tons of hot carribean style sauces on supermarket shelves, they havnt really got a brand name/image? (apart from tabasco)
I think that the dragons have invested in a good brand name and image here.
Maybe. If my mum is any barometer - and she is - this well sell moderately well for awhile, and then the kind of people who like their food to endanger their lives will go back to buying the unlabelled bottles of mysterious yellow-hot glowing magma that a wizened old crone sells from the alley behind the Turkish shop down Walthamstow Market.
I once ate a sandwich off a plate that she had used to eat some rice off that she had used an eyedrop's worth of this stuff in a day previous.
Was off school for 2 weeks.
