that you feel physically sick. Anyone else get this?
is that the same?
i think i'm going to go anyway
should, you can cause yourself harm if you hold it for too long.
Hungry YES !
Angry NO !
It's bad for your health...
so so right...
although i'm more likely to get it from anxiety/sadness. FNAR!
I broke a phone last week by smashing it on a table after an annoying conversation
and ive drunk coffe, so i feel pretty naeseous
SHOULD GET DRRSEED
yeah, clothes are generally needed to make a good impression(are you going to wear a suit of some sort?). G'luck and that.
I never get THAT angry. If I feel bad about something, i.e. something someone's said to me, or something I haven't done, then I feel physically sick. I'm really trying not to be so sensitive.
i get it with upsetness too.
yesterday i had a bit of a moment where i felt all dizzy and sick and my stomach was doing somersaults cos i was so hurt and upset by someone.
i think half of it was the shock of how callous and uncaring someone i loved could be towards me.
I just need to hit something.
make sure its soft!
also, a good trick is to scream into ones pillow. and i like to chucki bog rolls around and listen to angry music. then switch to motown and dance furiously!
yeah - go find vikram.
sometimes i want to actually be sick to get the bad feelings out. but i'm not sure it'd work.
i know what you mean tho.
however that is dangerously close to a self-harm type mechanism.
hence i don't do it
Usually about work!
serious answer, yes, but very rarely, and normally a cig is all i need, unless i'm around my parents, in which case my metal pedal tends to do the trick.
I don't do anger very well.
Basically, my job involves pointing out faults all day, it's hard to not let that rub off on you.
Subsquently, I pick faults in everything, because they exist, and I can't ignore them because they are blatant.
So yes, I am angry a lot
my brother stays with us, we have the most terrible arguments.
but not often.
I never get angry...
is what you mean
but i thought it was open to misinterpretation
Really, it's a bit pointless.
but what can you do, if you're someone with a propensity towards feeling angry...it's not really your choice.
