a new low in crappy horror film terms. Even worse than Bride of Chucky. Any othe lame horror films to avoid?
the way it maintained tension was quite effective. but it ruined itself
and the leprechaun movies. im still not sure what to make of troma films ( toxic avenger ones). no wait, i do.
i like the idea, but theyre shit.
don't take as comedy bad as terminator 3 or candyman 2.
Like Bad Taste...
but i find them funny for about five minutes. id like to like them.
but bad horror...really, leprechaun 5: leprechaun in the hood.
leprechaun in the hood is basically a masterpiece compared to leprechaun in space. truly horrific.
thanks to zone horror being one of the few sky channels i still receive, every leprechaun film made has been endured by myself at least once, so i can say with full confidence that it is The Worst Horror Movie Franchise Ever. i can forgive one mistake, but i honestly don't know how anyone thought making a sequel was a good idea. and then another one etc.
they even standout as beacons of shitness in the relentless dirge of turds that is the zone horror schedule. so that is an achievement of sorts
people who want more leprechaun movies. there was an internets petition and everything.
Worst Film Ever
is intercut with shots from the arcade game at random and inappropriate moments.
There is Sega product placement wherever they get the opportunity.
It's directed by Uwe Boll.
ANd they're not even the worst things about it :(
wow that sounds like a terrible film....I quite want to see it, just to establish how awful it is.
as part of an all-night zombie film festival so it was pretty surreal.
By the end, everyone was cheering whenever something awfully corny happened :D
Did you see when he challenged any critic who slated him (ie. any critic at all) to a boxing match?
That was hilarious.
But Bride of Chucky was so fun !!!
made in america since scream was released. shit all of them.
and any sequel with a higher number than 2
quite frankly dire.
I still know what you did last summer.
also: how can a film where the premise that only virgins die completely lack any decent nudity / sex scenes?
terrible, in every regard.
thats the only reason anyone watches these films.
Ginger snaps was actually quite effectively written for its market. unfortunately that market is emo kids and girls of around the same age as those in the movie. Hence dire.
and basically every other horror ever, theres only about 5 decent horror films.
i love horror films but it terms of being actually any good theres only a very small handful
That was dire!!!
The Best horror films are the ones that sort of cross over into other areas.
eg comedy- house of a thousand corpses, dawn of the dead (original), evil dead.
Thriller- Psycho, the shining, carrie.
Action- Alien(s?), 28 days later.
