i want a new job. what would you do?
What can a teacher with naff all experience at anything else do? I'll stop hijacking now...
my mum did - good money and everyone's super nice to you!
and I'm shit so, err, hmm. I shall investigate!!
i've tried this and it doesn't work...
bad advice, sir...
hopefully they'll pay you
this idea in the past, actually...
and just start cleaning up
clean out somebody's house?
I'm going to Uni in September so I need a job that will allow me to go part-time from September...
I've been offered an 'alright' one which I'm trying to stall because I'm holding out for a 'good' one, which I have a second interview for next week. But I don't want to not get the 'good' one and lose out with the 'alright' one, so I'm kind of juggling both..
and see what happens, you can always tell them something better came up, I have
notice period even apply during the first 6 months? i thought it didn't...
... is that normal practice? They either want me to sign or not sign asap as THEY REALLY CAN'T WAIT... so as soon as I get it I'm going to check if this is also the case, as then I'm just going to sodding sign it...
But I've probably got a contract to sign waiting at home. Tell them it got lost in the post? I dunno I've stalled them for a few days anyway so should be alright... I want to start a bidding war to see who wants me more, doubt it'll happen...
i've been offered one in doha. I was not take anotehr one until i finished terh masters my current oen was gonna pay for..but as some of you know i fucked up that chance last week so i may be open to offers..

am 22. But I'm gaining nothing staying where I am...
Someone knew what I was on about.
'job options' first, Mickey love!"
when there's no possible jobs you really want.
it's increasingly looking that way. i don't think i'm gonna be given a job i want, to be honest.
i realised a long time ago that the things i want to do are unlikely to provide me with (much of) a liveable wage, so i do a job i hate for the money, and attempt to do them part-time on the side.
am i big sellout?
which really ins't fair on people who try hard.
now, if only i could get full time hours i'd be extremely happy.
and aquire 'circus skills', breed lentils, befriend a ferret etc
in the public sector.
very hard to get sacked...especially if i got some kind of terminal disease. for some reason this gives me some comfort that stops me moving....
and wrote about it on a messageboard.
he was trying to get people to give him spare change by amazing them with his immense fire juggling skills. Unfortunately for him, he was rubbish at it, and almost gave a fair few pedestrians some horrific injuries.
and taught me to juggle. My friend took great delight juggling a steak knife, cleaver and hatchet with babies and toddlers on the floor next to him. For some reason I was uneasy during this
I am obsessively checking all my forms of contact in the hope that I've got interview offers. I'm impatient!
start taking photos of your old undies..launch website..get paypal account...youll be rolling in it
untill then i'll carry on climbing the virgin megastore ladder, dying a little inside with each step up
she loved it.
but that was in the 80s. Everyone lvoes their jobs in the 80s. Maybe cos you could actually live and pay rent with the wages
in the milton keynes one. they're terrible employers.
covered in the milton keynes store once when i was in northampton. rubbish.
made the leap to an indie chain but all closed down so i came running bck tail between legs and now they want to promote me but no part of me wants to be assistant manager in falkirk.
someone give me a job
when i realised that keyholders only got paid about £11k, yet had to be there at 7am and stay till 10pm quite often.
it's enough to make office jobs appealing.
and no crazy campaign shifts. plus if i get sent to be AM i have to wear smart clothes like i was in an office
before that I answered phones.
But I'm only doing it all until March so it's ok.
Sign up to a few, then you get to be picky and play them off eachother a bit.
That's what I did, and I fucking love the job I ended up with. Although it IS only temporary... I'm hoping there might be a possibility I can stay though.
But yes. Agencies all the way! Espeically if, like me, you don't really know what you want to do with yourself.
I dunno where to start!
(i.e. I went to Westminster/Victoria Street) and just walk into the agencies with your CV and stuff. It's better than just emailing.
The job I'm in now I got from Adecco, who seem to be okay. I think they vary quite a bit from branch to branch though.
a job for a month taking notes in lectures for students who have physical disabilities or learning difficulties. it's going to be ace! I hope.
would you butle for me and my freinds at our house?
you can sleep in the broom cupboard but would have to iron and wash and cook and clean everyday.
