which involved forcing alcohol down my throat and seeing how long I could last before passing out. The conclusions of the experiment were rather predictable.
I reckon with our 5 best defenders out (Toure, Gallas, Clichy, Eboue and Djorou), we could still beat a fair few teams in the premiership. We would play Senderos, Hoyte, Traore or flamini and Gilberto in defence. Which is probably a stronger backline than yours at the moment.
And we have been without Henry and Van Persie for parts of the season and we have done alright.
I remember telling the story of waking up in Bedford and having to stay at Laurens in Kettering. For the sake of friendships I won't go into what I may or may not have said about 'The Northerner'.
more like
{--------------------------------------------------------------------------------}!
and then some more
*hymen
I'm never drinking Freshers again
the hangover isn't worth it.
I see you didn't get your chemistry homework done...
seeing as you distinctly DIDN'T have a drink with me on saturday.
Thats 4 pints you owe me joey.
I was working on a chemistry practical
which involved forcing alcohol down my throat and seeing how long I could last before passing out. The conclusions of the experiment were rather predictable.
You started doing the John Barnes rap from world in motion?
Not this time
I think that was an aberration. The test samples must have got contaminated somehow.
contaminated with rum!
I don't remember having rum at Zonino
but then, I don't remember much of the evening anyway. God knows.
If you spent more than 3 minutes in my company
inevitably it would have ended in rum.
I think I must have absorbed some of it by osmosis.
good result on saturday eh?
gutted. Looking forward to watching you on Saturday mornings on 'The Championship'
right....

really drunk
disgustingly so.
Some people just can't handle alcohol.
bunch of lightweights aren't they
me and you put them to shame with our endurance and manly drinking styles
Damn straight.
We know how to party. And it involves lots of sleep.
I'd like to think...
I was one of the highlights of the night.
I'd like a million quid
but it ain't gonna happen.
I'd like
a whales skeleton but that ain't gonna happen.
It would make your skin all
stretchy
Very drunk
I tried to make him come home but he steadfastly refused. I was drunk - HE was violently inebriated.
I was not violent.
Violently inebriated
in that your consumption was violent, not your behaviour.
You're a nice drunk. I liiike you
Yes!
I like to be a nice drunk.
This thread pretty much defines Olegrich
in that every conversation with him involves rum, football and whales
Thats because no-one tries to get to know the real Rich!
underneath the binge drinking, football chanting and potential whale stelaing, there is a really nice bloke trying to get out!
thats not true
this was expanded sufficiently on saturday night. although all 3 were mentioned.
Yeah, I'm not saying those are the only things he talks about
it's just that they're a constant feature. I like it. It gives me a sense of security in this crazy mixed-up world.
"in that every conversation with him"?
i like football & whales, but could do with the removal of rum from the equation.
Don't get semantic with me, sonny
I'm not in the mood.
yes indeed
me and brooner chatted about metric, belle and sebastian, photography, Scotland, bagpipes. The list goes on and on.
i especially liked the story
about the bagpipes.
you forgot
"my ex-girlfriend" you fools
But which one?
Indeed
there are 2
1) northern
2) kettering
