says drinking coffee (two cups) after a workout reduces muscle pain, but this may not apply if you a regular coffe drinker.
So if i work out four, maybe five times a week, and take coffe afterwards the effects will lessen and the research/advice is frickin useless. Gahhhhhhhhhhhh
