I kick a 40 a day habit 5 years ago. yeah it was hard. VERY FUCKING HARD. It took me 5 years to get the mental strength to finally do it. Repeated failed attempts. It was awful.
But fucking hell. If i don't have any chocolate by about 5pm on ANY DAY, i start to get a dry mouth, my jaw hurts, i bite peoples heads off. It won't go away until i get my FIX.
I've tried so hard to cut down/give up chocolate. I've been trying for nearly 10years to lose weight.
Is there an answer?
