WOMEN OF DiS! STOP EATING LOW-FAT DIARY
the only person i know that drinks low fat stuff is a boy.
over the watery thin variety...
would anyone drink low fat milk, it's like water.
because everyones metabolism functions differently. I'm a rake, but I could easily drink a couple of pints of full fat and barely even notice. I know someone who swells like a balloon after one glass.
At the end of the day, burning more energy than you consume makes you lose excess weight.
a study of 20,000 individuals over a 20 year period is going to iron out some of that there sceptical think jjay
it's apparently all about calcium uptake
What of their daily activities? The environment in which they live? Many, many more factors than "What kind of milk" are involved.
You could do a study of 20,000 women over 20 years and conclude that people who wear brown are more likely to get breast cancer. I remain sceptical. :p
know how to conduct thorough scientific testing, it's a world renowned centre for biological research
I think it's amazing that full fat cheese everyday leads to an average 30% less weight gain
that anyone adding a portion of full fat cheese to their daily diet would not drop 30% weight.
I'm not necessarily saying it's a poorly conducted study. In my opinion, though, it's poorly reported. Too many factors are discarded in favour of the headline figures. It raises more questions with me than it gives answers.
I'd love to see the study in detail to find how other factors that could have contributed to the 'overweight women' who had '30% less weight gain' (what does that even mean?) achieving the weight gain they did were controlled.
you'd better start learning Swedish - or wait a couple of weeks for the translation to be published
it's all about full fat. Ideally non-pasteurised, much nicer
straight from the cow. Cut out the middleman that way.
find it difficult keeping the cow in the fridge, though. And as for trying to get the milk on your cereal without spilling it, near impossible
contains a substantial amount of cows pus due to modern farming methods, just thought you should know
everthing is disgusting if you look hard enough
