Ferris Beuller's day off is a definitive teen movie of it's ilk, probably the very best in fact. Up there with the Breakfast Club. Nah, it's better than the breakfast club actually. And it's brilliant.
But C'MON you can't say that Broderick has done anything before or since that merits even looking at. Admittedly he's not an Emilio Estefez horror career death person, but he's no Johnny Depp emerging from teen-hunk brat pack infamy into a long and illustrious career in leftfield Holywood cinema.
I come back to London tomorrow and will once more be able to reply to threads. So this is the fourth and final thread on the subject (from me at least).
