but i don't have any children so it's not really an issue.
I'd name it Brucifer though.
Okay, that's not quite as good...
you had a child would you even consider calling it Lucifer?
Because of your radiation-destroyed genes?
Is this in relation to that dude on that Channel 4 programme.
I think it was spelt Lusifer, not that that makes it any better.
in fact. I just don't see why you would choose to do it.
I'd name it Seven.
And therefore hated the notion of God.
Atheists reject the concept not only of a God, but all aspects of Judeo-Christian theology - and thus would be just as unlikely to name their child Lucifer as any other biblically inspired name.
Y'know, unless they really wanted to piss a Christian off.
by naming your child lucifer you are accepting and giving value to the notion of God.
But I thought I'd abandon my 'abandon reply'. You know, a post is a post...
is actually a nice sounding name. And remember, Lucifer was once God's right hand man. He got chucked down from heaven cos he got bitchy, is all.
A bit bitchy? He BETRAYED GOD! GOD! I dunno, kids nowadays!
So it could be a very pious decision.
Evil people can have wonderful names, like Jezebel, Delilah, Salome, Tarquin, Nero, Saturn, Damien. All tres nice.
I dunno, The Omen has pretty much rendered anyone named Damien automatically suspicious to me.
But then, since the Matrix, I have a hard time trusting anyone called Smith, so you can't rely on me.
is a good name, despit it being a little flowery. and the name of a Roman tyrant.
would you ever name your child Adolf?
of Lucifer. My family still call me it though. I also get red eyes in photos alot.
