how likely are you to get your money back?
on whether you were ripped off. i think they're quite good about it because they can just take the money out of the ripper's paypal account and pay the ripee back. as i understand it.
which admittedly isn't very well.
and it's been about 2 months. It's only about £22 but I'm still annoyed.
they should sort it out, i've had a couple of things like that.
and next time, buy your vibrator from the local adult megastore, online shopping is killing the local community shop. although if the local community shop is JJB sports, that's probably a good thing. they "love xmas" apparently, according to the monstrous billboard near my house. it makes me shudder.
some whose line is it anyway bootleg dvd's which you can't buy in the shops so I'll never have them.
for buying a bootleg. :-P
because they said the item got lost in the post.
So there was nothing they could do.
But I was contacted by other bad feedback-givers who said they'd had a similar experience. But sadly Ebay said there was nothing more they could do.
and revenge is sweet

I opened a dispute using Paypal (some thing, I guess) when my stuff never arrived. Got the cash back in about 10 days. I was so shocked I nearly fell off my chair.
on if they have any money in their paypal account. If they've transferred it to their back account/spent it then no.
