really thick tomato sauce at that.
Tartar sauce will do.
I've forgotton how good smocked mackerel is though, in fact mackerel in any form is a pleasure. Especially if you do it on a BBQ.
ive got to savour each mouthful.
or anything that comes from the sea in my mouth, apart from tuna.
just thought everyone would like to know that.
into the eqaution on fishplums recommendation. its a contender for sure.

smoked haddock = yum thoug
we're outa tartare at the moment. otherwise i would just cracked a load of that over it.
truth be told the others were rank. im all fished out.
as a side note. i also found out mint sauce and slices of cucumber are lurvely. great meal!
is best in pate form...
also try a smoked mack/mayo/worcester sauce toasted s'wich. YUMSKI.
Just bought me some fillets back from Whitby. Oh yes.
but i'm having this tonight with lemon butter. Essentially melt butter iun a pan and squeeze in some lemon juice. mmmmmmmmm
