SO WHOS GOING TO WIN????
theyre very exacting
the turner prize is the pitchfork of art.
i know nothing about art.
I want Mark Titchner to win though.
I reckon they might go with the most conservative one just to be surprising or something. I can't remember her name, the one wot just did paintings.
none of them seem especially great.
should have won as his is called 'Shady Lane Productions'. Has to be a Malkmus fan?
YOU DID NOT JUST SAY THAT
mark titchner = <3
I like pieces that provoke emotion, these really don't. Art is subjective.
sorry, but the person who won it = boring
theyre on 19"x15" canvases
with her piece 'i'm a fucking bellend, shoot me in the face LULZ'.
jerome k. jerome?
:D go shed boat!
GO TO A SPELLING CLASS DICKFACE
calm down love.
I guessed right. I win!
I think she's pretty good though.
Her paintings were the most infuriatingly boring of the whole exhibition.
Rebecca Warren was my favourite, just ahead of Phil Collins. The other two didn't do anything positive for me.
but I still quite like her.
Rebecca Warren was probably my least favourite personally, I didn't find her that interesting.
I like Phil Collins a lot though.
(god.. that's quite a hard thing to say...)
Him and Mark Titchner were my favourites.
leaves me cold. does this mean i suck? or that i'm better than you all?
You're probably just looking at the wrong art.
Or have no soul.
One of those.
did that happen?
and thought it needed saying again. Or it is simply the Governments fault. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0453467/trailers-screenplay-E30301-10-2
it's just boring and self indulgent, as far as i'm concerned
is little art that actually makes me feel anything, modern art seems to be cold by its very nature.
what would you include in the 'very little'?
i've seen a lot of modern art that isn't cold by nature at all.
a bit tradtionalist but that makes me feel something, I don't know...maybe I just like the history...
to say his ex-boyfriend was on it, he was called Phil Collins
(The answer is yes.)
but isn't the Turner Prize winner usually rubbish. I mean, each to their own and everything, but Tate Modern just made me angry when I went there.
