ive noticed ive started to get a bit fatter, not much but i find it kind of worrying that one day im gonna wake up and realise that ive 'let myself go' and have a beer belly. its funny how it creeps up on you, the thing is im kinda lazy and lack the motivation to exercise regularly or 'work out' at the gym, is piling on the pounds inevitable? is big beautiful? is it alright as long as youre happy? has this happened to anyone?
