If you are unhappy cause you've got bad news after a blood test then I'm sorry.
about 2 minutes later, when i always go all faint and need to lie down.
not as bad as getting swabbed tho!
they attached some kind of universal adapter needle thing to my arm and used it to take blood, put anaesthetic in, attach a drip and other clever stuff.
I remember thinking how efficient that was.
Blood tests are rubbish though, it's the worrying I hate.
I hate the wait too. Especially when I think I know the outcome but I want it to not be right :(
On the plus side though, once they know the results they'll be able to start taking care of things. Ultimately it's better than not knowing.
3 syringes full in one go last time. you'll be fine - just stare at the ceiling till they've finished!
