1. NEVER buy them from tescos
you'd BETTER buy his sandwiches...
Boots are perfectly acceptable. What sandwich has upset you?
3. NEVER buy Ginsters Chicken Salad if you dislike cucumber as the effort to remove the small chunks of the offending vegetable is in no way worth it
they put cucumber in sandwiches, it completely ruins them and ends up being all you can taste. It makes me angry that even when you spend time removing the chunks it's too late and the flavour remains! Also they never list it as an ingredient on the pack so it's a nasty little suprise. Grrr.
understand people who buy premade sandwiches.
I never do - and the only time I did was from boots
If you're haven't got time to sit down and eat or make something yourself then pre-made sandwiches are a great option.
to make some sandwiches.
mine require time. cos they're amazing
actually wrote this out and abandoned it. Jack_El_Biscuit is like some sort of mindreader for slackers
if you're making decent sandwiches it takes about 10 minutes.
Also, I generally buy sandwiches when I'm out longer than expected and need to find something to eat. I'd rather eat a sandwich than a burger, pizza or pasty.
That's not long is it?
I make sandwiches almost every weekday but I don't mind buying them either if I find myself out and hungry.
or go without.
and moan about it on here, obv.
i cheered up whilst you were away. x
i cheered up because i was away.
EVERY TIME I TYPE THESE DAYS THERE IS A SPELLING MISTAKE
I HATE YOU METHS AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATHJNDXBX
What the hell is a mayonnaise sytle dressing?
Either it's mayonnaise or it isn't!
its like 'cola flavoured drink', i.e. actually made of modified chicken proteins
THIS IS GETTING SILLLY
smashed up with a hammer
Aah, the same way I modified my Gran!
1a.1. I'll fight you
has chastised me with regard to my spelling.
Possibly the lowest I have ever, ever felt right now
just think how many flumps and space raiders you can get for the same money.
The whole of Turkey??
You fat bastard!!
it had loads of raw onions in too. Subway is wrong.
A bit of meat from Pigfoot's sandwich fell on the floor and he ate it. There's no way you'd get me eating off the pavement in Kings Cross without there being money involved.
is he dead?
He's been posting today. He went off with you and Bamos, anyway, didn't he? So I'd have thought you'd be well-placed to observe any ill effects
Whenever I see someone eat food that has just been picked up from the floor, I think of two phrases my mum uses to describe eating food that isn't totally A1 top grade stuff:
"The thicker the meat, the stronger the man"
"If it doesn't stick in your throat, it won't stick in your arse" (refers to digestion. I hope)
What the HELL is wrong with you?
and they make you smell foul
Raw onions are wonderful!
ace. Especially with turkey and cheese and bread.
I love raw red onion. And they don't make you smell rank. I had a cigarette to mask the smell :)
it can smell the rankness of fags now that everyone has given up
whatEVER it is you're on about
premade sandwiches, they're always a bit soggy. If you have to buy M&S ones. Good easy lunches instead of sandwiches are Bagels from a Bagel shop, SUBWAY - I don't care if it's all plasticky, it's good plasticky and those meatballs are good. Or a pot of yoghurt and a bag of nuts, easy and filling.
Oh oh oh!! SCOTCH EGG - either M&S or Sainsburys the others are all horrible. Tesco's premade food, unless it's finest, is minging.
and a fattist fascist oldist sexist. And I have BO.
Good to see the Scotch Egg is still a SCL staple...
I opt for a kebab sandwich at lunch. A Chicken Shish Tawook. 4 riyals - about 60p. Brilliant.
Fuck Boots Meal Deal.
my mouth water and I'm not even sure what a Tawook is....
There was a whole minute of decision making before I replied!
60 full seconds! Easy? I think not!
I'll take a photo of one. That will bemuse the guy at the kebab shop.
post it on my myspace!
corned beef panini today (with onion & cheese), recommended.
beef is all lips and bum
and it tastes goooood.
Tesco sandwiches are A-OK just had a lovely ploughman's.
unless you are a vegie, in which case always get his Brie and cranbury
Briestol and Canterberry
