do you go to bed and what time do you get up in the morning?
Sleep is for the weak
i did bed at 10:30pm, up at 5:40am ... tonight i hope to go to bed a bit earlier but rise at a similarly early time tomorrow.
around midnight, and 7am.
survive on less than 8 hours sleep? last few weeks, i've gone to bed at midnight and not got up until about 8:40
on between 5-6 hours sleep
do you feel 'refreshed' on wakening?
My caffeine intake is pretty high though.
i'm trying to give up coffee.
and alcohol. but also coffee.
I sleep fall asleep when I go to bed and wake up about 2 minutes before my alarm goes off. Pretty sound pattern.
Coke's my thing. The fizzy kind.
I go to bed at about 10, sleeping by 11. Up at 6.45, YAWNIES. in the week this is
go to bed between 2 and 3 and get up at 8. Is that normal?
it's not good for you though.

If I'm drunk:
Go to bed about 6am wake up at about 4am.
go to bed about 11.30 - midnight, get up about 8.30 - 9. Mmm, sleep.
I usually go to bed around 11 and wake up at 8.
its so boring. too much to do, not enough time to sleep
on average probably about 2 am.
Wake up - if nothing to do in the morning then 10 or 11, if I've got lectures then 8.
i never go to bed before 1am really. i'm childish and i won't do it, i WON'T.

really go to bed at 10.30 or 11? Not being funny, I'm genuinely a bit taken aback.
I'm generally a sleepy person. If I lie down on a sofa there's a good chance I'll doze off regardless of what time it is.
I need 8 hours sleep.
but usually in bed sometime between 11 and 12:30 and up at 7:30.
that i probably should sleep more, but i sleep really poorly so it doesn't actually make any tangible difference if i sleep for longer anyway.
I don't feel like I need more. Plus I think I'll be missing out on something exciting if I go to bed early
so I'm normally in bed between 10 and 11 and up between 7 and 8. I could spend a whole day sleeping if there was nothing else to do.
6 hours makes me feel strange and upset

awake at 8 if lectures, or anytime until 11 oterwise
Bed: 1-2am depending entirely on whether anything good is on the box.

I find I can easily operate with 4-5 hours a night.
Every so often, I fit in a power nap in the TV dead zone of 6-8pm. I think that restores the balance.
bed at 12, up at 7:15.
about 11:30pm until 7:10am
However if I'm off it's about 4:00am until whatever time my body feels like it, today about 10:00am.
On weekdays I go to sleep anytime between 11:30 and 1 (if I'm in) or 12 and 2 (if I'm out). Get up between 7 and 7:30
Weekends I'll go to sleep and wake up later but I tend to wake fairly early in mornings anyway which is pain if I got in late the night before.
Man, I miss those days...
i get to sleep around 1-3 everynight. anytime earlier than that is a really good night's sleep.
wake at 6.55 on weekdays, 12 or later on weekends.

about 11.30 and 12 during the week. Wake up at half 6, watch the news, then get up at 7.20.
At the weekend, I usually go to bed between 12 and 1, and later if I've been out. I get up at around half 10 on a Saturday, and 10 on a Sunday.
before about 3am, then i have to get up at 8 for college, usually i just stay in bed till about 9.30 and am late though. i neeed sleeeep.
