when you are seriously short of sleep, is, indeed, one of the best feelings in the world.
Although I rarely need to do this.
Not too long not to short is the key.. think it is 12 minutes... perhaps 25... hmmm
and interrupted by my phone ringing:(
and feel all fuzzy for the rest of the day....Then feel normal at about 2am when i can`t sleep
For me it's 12 hours or nothing.
is the optimum nap time, apparently. Any more, and you'll start to feel groggy
Does everybody else feel like they need to brush their teeth when they wake up from a nap, no matter how short it was?
you choose to sleep for twenty minutes, set your alarm.. then you can`t sleep for five or so minutes you`ll wake up feeling bad.
when i wake up from naps. I don't think i can do them properly
and even more tired than pre-nap :'(
naps. They are lovely. I feel... What's the word? Rejuvinated? Yes.
