I'm totally gay for this programme. It's superb
Planet Earth > Blue Planet?
my threads always beat yours :P
It's only due to the fact you assist an ailing thread by asking Klaire for hot lesbian sex. I refuse to resort to such measures. And if people don't want to watch it that's their loss! But I'd strongly advise that YOU watch it. Have I ever recommended a duff to you before, in any form?
and also FUCK YOU! I'm fed up of having my threads shat all over by jealous purveyors of lesser threads,
she wants my loving whatever the weather
but my dad wants to watch Touch of Frost.
There might be a fight soon...
I love touch of frost!
And my mum Touch of Frost.
Perhaps our parents should swap partners?
logical step after DiS Mixtape swaps, DiS parent swaps!
that you want to watch something else, that will really annoy them.
So I reckon a happy compromise can be reached here
it's going to be fantastico.
its too overproduced and cinematic for me. I want more facts.
Some stunning camera work though.
The visuals are indeed amazing, and if that gets people to watch a nature documentary series then surely it's a good thing?
The years of work and research gone into making the series deserve to be showcased as aesthetically wonderfully as possible. I'm actually in awe of the people that work on series' such as this
But, my one gripe is that Attenborough's voice doesn't seem to hold quite the delivery it once did. Inevitable I guess, given his age. He's going to be lauded an absolute legend when he eventually passes away. Imagine living the life he's had?
the last series that was on.
The camera work was actually SO good, it looked fake to me. Some bits looked CGIed to me, which they obviously werent, but it still put me off a bit.
but yeah, I can see how that would put you off (kinda)
The turd mountain in the bat cave was epic
i might watch this then seen as there aint much else on, see what all the fuss is about
penguins are cool
proper communal viewing for a sunday evening. stunning shots and genuinely fascinating stuff. yay for good television.
That was great TV.
BEST THING EVER!
plus the baby elephants were repeated. naturama sunday. WOOHOOS
going to be repeat of this anytime?
I missed it due to being at work.
it might be on BBC 2 tonight at 7??
I was watching Beirut though, so that makes me feel slightly better.
Hope it's repeated.
We have freeview now!!!!
in a tv awards thing recently, for the best 'factual tv program'......(factual surely TG is an opinion/pundit program) if the british public is like that then there is no hope for the human race (richard hammond gets more sympathy than the polar bear)
Those Emperor penguins surely do go through some shit in life.
I got 60 hours of Attenborough for xmas, so I have a huuuuuuuuuuge backlog to work through.
chicks back....I mean they rescued the one that fell down a hole (that was good)
that was really, really gutting :(
'Natural selection' I suppose.
won the lifetime achievement award soon after..
it's super unusual
i'm rubbish and do that all the time
