I really fancy poached egg on toast, but my track record at egg-poaching is terrible. I don't have any fancy egg poaching accessories, and everyone seemingly has different techniques.
Do you have to spin the water? Surely the centrifugal forces will just spread the egg to all directions?
Do you put vinegar in the water? I don't have any vinegar :-(
I saw Gordon Ramsay poaching eggs once, they were perfect, they came out looking like mozarella balls.
