I have a spare ticket. It's at Bush Hall. You have to come with me though.
I'd take you up on your generous offer at the drop of a hat. I'd bloody love to see Sparklehorse with a hot chick.
chips with hot sauce in le park.
SEE WHAT YOU'VE MADE ME DO????
but isn't it at Hammersmith Working Mens Club????
I would so have gone to the wrong place.
A ticket for two?
no, I'm not a tout, just an idiot who bought tickets for two gigs on the same night. And then got stood up by all my friends :(
if I'd known Radio Dept weren't coming on to 12:15 I could have gone to this. Gah!
i'm really, really glad i didn't go, then. i was exhausted and didn't think i could last until 11pm, let alone gone 1am...
Or did she?
they were great but camr on that late, and only did about 40 minutes. The venue was half empty by the time they came on.
with them and Labrador?
I assume you saw that rant - I have no idea. I'm looking for the Guardian article now but it doesn't appear to be online.
Did you see those dicks to the right hand side by the front? Sheesh.
doesn't clear up the tiff though, really.
says that Labrador 'took all the money' but I have a feeling it's a bit more complex than that.
was what he ranting about?
and that they "hate that label and have nothing to do with those bands"
The crowd went a bit flat, not really knowing how to respond to that.
Is this the right time to point out the lead singer is REALLY rather attractive?
and his big face.
Homecoming Queen was utterly delightful
in Colchester a few years ago, it was brilliant. Did they play lots of new stuff?
There's an article about Mark Linkous in today's Guardian:
Makes me happy and sad at the same time.
it was a good choice, I was safely asleep by 12. I didn't sell my ticket but Miserabli was a good date.
Mark Linkous is unbelievably cool. He didn't remove his aviator sunglasses for the whole gig.
Damn not living in London.
And DAMN not being able to afford a ticket for Wednesday
I look forward to Sparklemouse!
