I went "£3.50?!?!?" to the barperson - like I expected them to go "Oh, sorry sir. Since you're so outraged, I'll give it to you half priced". What the barperson actually did was look at me like I'd passionately delivered one of Hitler's speeches verbatim and took my money without comment. I felt like a right tool.
The pint itself was delicious though - so I had 5 more.
at work. i didnt pay...the guy forgot his change as well. so £12 for me. We have to pour bottles though so technically not the same...
Where do you work that you you can get away with charging 8 quid for that filth?
