I play football at a decent level and after a break of two seasons, i am back playing again. we are pushing for the league title so evergame in important.
Since i have returned to playing, i have found mysrelf a bit short of confidence on the pitch and as a result its sapping my energy. After saturdays game i drank two bottles of magners in the pub and started thinking what i could have done better on the pitch.
I know some people who have a pint or two before actually playing to get relaxed and up their confidence a bit. I am thinking of trying it but i am sacred i will spew up after 10 minutes, the games we play are at a pretty fast pace. what do you think? a risk worth taking?
