He should definetly expand his researh to text messages as this is what happens to me the most.
No I mean I go to write a text to a particulat person and I receive one from them instead. It's like, totally freaky sometimes.
im not buying it
for both my flatmates final psych degree projects they had to have 150 people, AT LEAST. so.... this survey is completely redundant.
you can actually feel the signals being sent to your phone?
or perhaps you are expecting a call, or someone always calls at a certain time, or you're both watching the same programme?
there are an endless number of variables in psychological studies
Like, you'll think of someone you haven't seen for years for absolutely no reason, and then an email will appear in your box 5 seconds later, and you'll realise you were thinking of them at the exact same time they were thinking about you.
but this is something which may actually have some weight to it. How many times have you rang a girlfriend only to find they were ringing you at the same time? Still, I'd prefer to test a larger number of samples than 50 or 63.
