Right. That's it. I am writing a letter of complaint to the shop H&M. I think about 70% of my wardrobe is from their, and i do so love their clothes.
About 50% of the clothes that i have bought from there have now got holes in, due to no fault of my own.
When standing watching Metric at leeds, i noticed the girl standing infront of me was wearing a H&M top (label sticking out), and yes, that's right - it had a hole in, and NOT for where her arms/neck/torso was meant to go.
Really what i'm hoping for is just some gift vouchers for H&M to buy some more clothes with. I can see it becoming a vicious circle of buying, getting pissed off, complaining, getting free clothes, getting pissed off, complaining etc..
