with a rather amazing vegetarian chilli i made. Not quite up to the standards of chick peas or lentils i'm afraid, though it does have a certain simple classiness about it...

brown is too chewy and tastes like long grain. You clearly have no idea how to properly cook white basmati rice. You probably even stir it clockwise and anticlockwise when it must only be stirred in one direction, clockwise. Wags finger in face and tuts
