There are a number of people on here who spend there days at work sitting at their office desk or sit at home on DiS...which is fair enough, because this is a great site, but what i don't understand is how most of you people seem to be a fit and healthy bunch. This is a good thing by the way, i just want to know how you do it? Is it healthy eating or do you indulge in physically demading sports on the weekends?
I myself spend copious amounts of time on DiS, but i then have 6 weeks every now and then when i don't go on and i am constantly doing sport etc. I enjoy squash, skiing and swimming.
So how do you all manage to have a day on DiS and night time in the pubs etc and still remain a fit and healthy bunch?
