Today I woke up at 8.30 and have been dozing in and out of sleep since then, my lovely sunday snoozing was rudely interrupted about 15 times by hideous leg cramps. I have never experienced quite so many and all in the sam morning before. Can anyone tell me what im doing to bring them on? Also is thier a better method for getting rid of them than howling and shaking my legs?
