The accepted standard - try setting your language to English (UK) in Word and putting offense in.
Moreover offence is clearly a more aesthetically pleasing spelling just as licence is.

I can't find any evidence that UK English accepts 'offense' as the correct spelling.
But feel free to misspell colour without a 'u', you determined old contrarian. ;-)
So I will continue to believe that it is you who is in fact wrong.
I was going my Chambers dictionary there.
