Really though it's getting ridiculous now. i've just been lying in bed for a couple of hours feeling exhausted but wide awake. It's getting to the point where i'm finding it extremely difficult to get up on time for anything and arrghh arrrgghhhhh.
So any suggestions to help aid slumber? Things that aren't the usual
a) take some pills
b) knock one out
c) have a bath/shower/massage
d) get off the computer
