Where is a decent shop to get a new Fender Precision Bass in London?
Buying in London is tough. Just a rip off down on Dean Street - check Gumtree.com - try before you buy etc...
I meant Denmark...
The Bass Cellar down in Denmark street, has some good shit
Denmark street (its well expensive but oh so damn pretty) then you can have a drink in The Angel pub after!
down the road from Denmark Street - if Virgin Megastore still have that downstairs bit where they sell instruments - last time i was in there they had loads of fender precisions. Haven't been in there in ages though - could be a zavvi now or something.
Used to have Sound Control - think they have something similar. OK for playing around in.
The Bass Cellar manages to treat 9 out of 10 people who walk through their doors like complete shit. It's bad even by other music stores standards.
The Bass Gallery in Camden is a better bet, even though it's best to phone and check what their Fender stock is. Great service and they'll try to match any other prices you've seen.
sky high prices. try one out there and buy it online. or you could get a train to stevenage (20 minutes from kings cross) and go to coda music. cheap prices and generally well stocked.
then buy from gak.com
