bridge and tunnel
anyone remember them? GOD they were great. do they still exist? their 3rd album was a glower-pop masterpiece, and their second record, which i'm listening to now, is delicious, and quite difficult to get a handle on. one minute it sounds like underworld and fast cars in motorway tunnels, next it sounds like fractured shoegazestonerpop, and then it turns into the theme for the two baddies in Diamonds Are Forever who put scorpions down people's next. i haven't got their first record. i wonder what it's like.
they were quite good live.
what ARE they doing now?
