seriously. there's no way a band can ever be better than radiohead. peerless back catalogue, and just utterly amazing.

they played lots of amnesiac today.

morning bell, pyramid song and you and whose army maybe more.

just AMAZING.

                • it was better than you imagine

                  rapscalion-jones @elaine_yarr | 14 May '06, 21:32 | X
        • Ironic?

'Fraid not - Radiohead are card-carrying U2 fans unfortunately!

Doesn't stop me being incredibly jealous of everyone who went to this gig though ;-)

          Smileadelic @rapscalion-jones | 14 May '06, 20:55 | X
          • nah

it was ironic. don't believe him!!!

            rapscalion-jones @Kid_A | 14 May '06, 21:32 | X
            • it's not so bad

it was a 'war' tshirt, so at least it's from they were semi-good. imagine if it was an 'elevation' tour hoodie, with "A MOLE! DIGGIN IN A HOLE!" on the back.

              84joe @Kid_A | 14 May '06, 21:46 | X
            • Im counting down the days until

              I see them in edinburgh.

I hope they play just, if only so i can lie down on the ground and pretend to be bothered by something.

              yes_ | 14 May '06, 21:47 | X
              • just got back...

and it was superb. By 2+2=5 I'd lost it. Morning Bell, the whole crazy camera-eye close up for You and Whose Army? There There was utterly sublime.
                Absolute brilliance.

                seadog @yes_ | 14 May '06, 23:35 | X
                • you and whose army

may have been the highpoint of my life.
