I found this in the glove compartment of the car last night (my brother was listening to it seems) and have just put it on for a bit of fun. I used to love it to bits when I was 16 or so and I have to say it's still a brilliant record. It's not nearly as silly as it pretends to be from the song titles and interludes and is really beautifully uplifting, fun and catchy.
It's not as good as Blue Skies, Broken Hearts, Next 12 Exits by The Ataris but is still a great pop-punk record.
Did anyone here used to be a fan of the band? Is anyone still a fan now? I know they're ridiculed and hated a lot (I'm putting on The Glow Pt 2 after it finishes out of indie guilt) but they sell a lot of records so there must be at least a few fans on here. I missed the last 2 records, were they any good?
