Can I buy it online anywhere on CD?...and will this help the cause i.e. contribute to chart position.
sold out at jumbo
sold out at crash
no where at hmv
in the end the only place that had it was branson's slag records.
www.hmv.co.uk? (i know, evil)
I like their name even though its a bit 2003 - I might get it off i-tines to put on my trendy nano
are available for download on their website (in the forum) - best bet is to have a listen.
sound like a more waily at the drive in.
kevedders, but will give the 'benefit' of the 'doubt'
i.e being ludicously negatively about EVERYTHING.
you seem to get concerned by the slightest negativity from anyone.
Prole knows what he likes. You've heard him DJ. :-D
They sound more like Bloc Party if they were a Dischord band I guess.
You'll probably not like them Prole and to be fair of the demos thirteen isn't the best though it's by no means the worst.
(That's reserved for fifteen which appears to have come straight from satan's bottom, or the more mainstream 80s if you will.)
There's a definite ATDI influence there. I agree with you on the Bloc Party/80s retro sound as well, but I don't think you can say they sound nothing like ATDI.
Mind you, thinking about it, their recorded sound is more 80s - live they're a lot rawer and reminiscent of ATDI.
They sound as much like that.
Maybe I need to listen again, but they didn't seem to have anywhere near the lyrical attack to be compared to ATD-I, nor the general full-on loudness.
Ah well, who knows. Prole'll probably hate'em anyway! :D
tis pretty good.
bit like dave byrne fronting a more electropop at the drive-in. or something.
I bit the dirty bullet and got it from HMV.
that would've been preferable to HMV.
I bet they're good live.
saw'm in london, & they're coming to l.a. in 2 months. yeehaw.
& getting the single online:
search: forward, russia!
unless i did this exactly, i got nothing from puregroove or hmv.
