hang on, i just clicked on the 'golden touch' one and it's a bloody libertines song.
just listened to 3 all dreadful. The Feeder cover is better than the original tho! haha! Drink cider from a lemon lemon lemon
the girls doing the PJ Harvey song are good.
That Feeder one really is funny. That'll see me through for laughs 'til the end of the evening...
at the Lion. The Lion being a pub.
wh do they try and make the covers sound like the originals??
The fact that some 13 year old thinks he sounds like Pete Doherty when in reality he sounds like that kid off the Rock School program with Gene Simmons.
ps. I know it's a different one too the one eveyone thinks but still...
slightly wrong link there. starts in a few pages. there's loads more. eeek!
there are LOADS of them
their cover of rock and roll from led zep is not half bad. and they are only around 13 years old. rock on!
thinking about awwwwwwww.... and how it was made to shade like that....
Wonderwall by Crazy Chap gets my vote..
no, dont listen to it..
The singer on the first Plug In Baby cover is the proud owner of absolutely the most horrible voice I have heard in a long time. There is no need for THREE covers of Plug In Baby.
The cover of Can't Stand Me Now is notable only for the quite comical attempts to make it sound EXACTLY like the original.
XFM appear not to know the difference between Teenage Kicks and God Save The Queen.
The emo band at the bottom are damn funny! But not as funny as the singer on the RHCP cover.
to post 'they aren't bad' but then the plug in baby guy started singing :-(
...but just looking at them, none of them seem at all original
i'm quite surprised by how many Muse covers there are. I didn't realise they were so big with The Kids.
