why does it return 'error trying to get file list' when i try to browse my flatmate's shared folder?
tom nor mel love you enough.
shared folder is list only, on you on his list?
i just sent you a note by mistake. enjoy.
I've already done that once today. I'm not used to it being there.
no, that wasn't the problem.
I don't know then.
are you using different versions??
Are probably on the same local network and therefore Slsk can't access the filelist as it thinks it's trying to connect to itself.
a) get two physical connections to the internet
b) disable your firewalling temporarily, though this may not cure it
c) copy the files to a secondary medium i.e CD-R you LAZY FOOL.
wellllllllll i can already access the folder via our network so i'm not that bothered, i was just wondering why it's doing that. it does it for some other people too.
hmmmmmmmm maybe he's behind a firewall then. i can browse my own files by adding myself to my user list. how fun.
crablin talks technical
in such a fashion for me when I try to access many people's stuff. I'd love if Soulseek actually worked even 10% of the time I use it.
if you go in the DiS room, TALK!!
Its ridiculous! No one says anything.
