I always loved the second one in particular, I remember Harlem absolutely blowing me away the first time I heard it. RIP :(
awww for fucks sake
gonna listen to the first two suicide records obviously. so much attitude and sass on those albums
a record shop in town were playing them yesterday and i thought "fuck this is awesome and so up my street, must devote some time to them this week". so this timing feels a bit weird
think I ought to give those VVV albums a listen. not mad keen on the solo stuff, always preferred Martin's solo stuff tbh.
those two s/t Suicide albums, though, just absolutely necessary listening for everyone. unfuckwithable. <3
any of it any good?
first and last time for me. It was quite a surreal, unnerving but wonderful experience, though it was sad to see Alan Vega generally struggling to navigate his way around the stage. So pleased his health didn't deter him from performing.
