""Elektra" and "366" were produced and co-written by Shellback, the Swedish pop superproducer who has worked on countless massive hits by Taylor Swift, Britney Spears, Pink, and others"
that right aye
he was also the singer from Blinded Colony, before being Max Martin's side man
That's not so good.
"Nobody wanted us to fuck with the image of the band who makes a great album and splits up," said drummer David Sandström. "Nobody wanted us to dilute it. That actually provoked us."
So it's OUR fault?
Can't say I'll be listening to it again, at any rate.
"nothing has changed" read as every review for this track, I'm sure.
I think it's ok.
not amazing. album could work
It's pretty good.
i like it. the record will probably be ripped to shreds, but i think this track is promising. that co-writer producer thing mentioned above however, is fucking weird...
it's a bit bland.
but when you hear a new song from Refused, you expect it to sound vital. its very formulaic. i suppose its only the opening album track but previously they put out Worms of The Senses so yeh.
production is rubbish too
Not sure about this one. Sounds a bit like RHCP.
The shape of funk to come?
really ramps up the cringe-factor
not as shit as the last one, thankfully.
Refused news for youse to muse, peruse or be confused
just giving it a first listen, but it seems the reviews have been quite favourable...
Some stinkers here:
and if it was by any other band people would be pretty positive
satisfying rock record with some slightly dopey lyrics. not worth them coming back for, not something im going to listen to a lot, but not bad
