brilliant setlist though
"Tell your grandchildren about the night you saw Yeezus in a FEILD"
He also restarted a few songs for whatever reason.
It was ace.
Venue was all wrong, though. Would have been so much better in The O2.
I think he's one of the very few artists who have been consistently brilliant over the last decade. I decided against going to wireless for a variety of reasons and frankly regret it as his antics make me want to see him even more.
"the UK, an area known for not having patience for “bullocks” or bullshit."
wish i was there actually
First time seeing Kanye, was tempted to go again tonight but last night was just too brilliant. Such an incredible setlist. Wish I'd caught him on the Yeezus tour, but the older hits are just as great.
The 'rant' as people insist on calling it, felt a lot shorter than it actually was, at least from my perspective. Probably not made up on the spot as he was singing parts of it, but a great part of the set, honestly. Surely those people who booed/walked out (and there were quite a few, even from where I was standing close to the front) were aware of this portion of the show. Whatever, they missed a terrific second half.
Bound 2 fell slightly flat, shame as it's one of my favourites, but then he came back on and did Blood on the Leaves which I'd completely forgotten about, and it was huge.
Maybe I give the guy too much licence, but whatever, this was an incredible performance, completely showed up all the shit earlier in the day (except for Meridian Dan who bought out JME and Skepta)
also, check out this audience member singing along...
