Well I don't know about you but I'm going to see Sepultura tonight.

The new album might be the best thing they've done. Definitely my favourite they've done in many a year.

  • Do they just play Derrick era stuff

or do you get Roots Bloody Roots & Rattamahatta too?

      • Surely there'd be a riot if Sepultura played a gig without Roots Bloody Roots?

  • you're right

this new album is pretty decent. I thought A-Lex had its moments, but this is solid throughout.

    • I do like A-Lex too, and Dante XXI

Wasn't massively in to Kairos although like any album there were some decent tracks. I'd be happy with all Derrick Green era stuff to be honest. Not that I'd complain about Cavalera songs but it's a bit weird and karaoke considering there's only one member left from those days. Plus, they've got like a decade and a half of material to pull from since Max Cavalera left. Easily enough for a pretty brutal set.

but yeah they've now released more albums with Derrick than with Max.
