There's quite a few. I'd say it's probably Marcello Carlin's Then Play Long (in which he reviews every #1 UK album with a phenomenal depth and breadth), followed by Tom Ewing's Popular (in which he reviews every #1 UK single with similar phenomena, but which should be updated a bit more often.)
