for fans of:
music, pop music, rock music
Just gonna jag this a bit here. Thanks Chris.
Hope you [[[Dig]]] on it.
Guys - be nice, guys? thanks guys
xxxx Ox Ox Ox
this album really does represent a high watermark in pop/rock songwriting.
which song are you most proud of and why?
I Think I like "The Afternoons" the best. I just like how everything fits together. hihi
talking of grooves, i just spent a sizable portion of my lunch break bouncing down the strand to Paid Position's bouncy beat. Do you have any interesting facts to share about this particular blast of pop "nous"?
It INTERESTINGLY contains a backing vocal...guy..get this..sent by email.
That interesting enough ladd?
that do? Fucck
Who is that singing co-lead vocals on Rabbit Years?
Would it be accurate to suggest that reminiscence over your youth is a strong theme running through this album?
well, a bit.
That voice is Jo from
and i didn't expect the bus to go anywhere near jo from desperate journalist's house
but it did anyway, right
anyway, was listening to the Stairs To Korea album on Spotify
and when it went RIGHT BY HER HOUSE and rabbit years came on.
were you like..
what would you say is the shortest song on the album?
exactly HOW much of your time do you spend googling serial killers?
Who are your favourites?
every time I'm not busy at work. I can't find it now though.
wishpig deleted herself by accident and it was lost into the ether forever :(
also, is that a whole new recording of Boy Bear it in Mind or just a new mix? Sounds great
It's a new mix, man
You are the white Thundercat on this evidence
good album, will listen again
just to say this really is a great album. 'Paid Position' makes me really happy. Is the version of 'Paul (Is This How You Wanted It)' on your soundcloud slightly different?
Anyway, guys go and listen.
I think the SC version is a slightly older-mastered one off the top of my head. It all gets a little confusing.
