Sadhaka - Terma
Going to hit you with another 0-reply recommendation thread.
This is brilliant. Really doomy, atmospheric black metal from Olympia Washington (which make it Cascadian by virtue of its environment I guess). Features the drummer and guitarist from Fauna. 15 minute + tracks of huge searing/soaring riffs, portentous drums and the inevitable, but imperiously satisfying churn when it all locks down.
The kind stuff that makes you want to have one of those cheesy Metal moments, open your arms out and soak up the power.

I'm only going to bump this the once, then you'll all have missed out. I don't want to hear any of you saying you never heard about this come December after this appears in all the year end lists
Indian band name
Greek album title
Lyricals exploring Buddist self-actualisation. Very post 2010 BM. No more Satanism, the best stuff is all Eastern mysticism and philosophy (Fell Voices are also all about that)
I thought it was Ok until it kicked into the fast part
then I realised it's AWESOME
nice one
haha
just wait til you get near the end of the first big track, and the end of the final one.
sounds awful
:P
This is not the thread for you
the Forest Swords and Demdike Stare ones are for you.
Anyway, you wouldn't be saying that come the conclusion of 'Ancient Ones'
