There's a petition to 'Cancel the cancellation of all future ATPs at Camber Sands'
54 supporters so far!
I doubt this will have much effect on the decision to be honest.

dont think people know how business works
They should invest into atp
*work for
Oops. I meant to reply than "this".
Anyway, ATP seem to be their own worst enemy nowadays. They'd probably have cancelled them due to unforeseen circumstances as usual.
Maybe we should start a DiS Kickstarter to start a DiS festival at Camber Sands?
this^
Surely someone will nick this idea
Pitchfork already do a festival in France not unlike atp and nme tried doing one in the past at a holiday camp.
NME's was bands you could see on tour at any point the months it was onsale or locally shortly after.
Kerrang Weekender (which I went to at Camber, and it wasn't helped by Glassjaw cancelling a few days before) didn't really work either because their readers are younger.
A DiS fest like this would be more of a communal thing... a bit like Field Day meets Sonar with a bit of ATP or... I absolutely adored the audio/visual experience of Mutek in Montreal last year, and think that could be an interesting angle, as well as a real ale festival feel.
Much easier to type this idea on a messageboard than get a business plan together and sign-up to Kickstarter like Zach Braff just did http://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/film/film-news/10024772/Zach-Braff-raises-2m-for-Garden-State-follow-up.html
Sounds like a plan Sean
Maybe a vs the fans style set up where attendees can help shape the lineup. Maybe get songkick/detour involved?
I think what LeeFest are doing is a really great idea

probably best to get a working website first though eh?
Yeah, absolutely nothing on this site works, eh pal?
would depend on the line up..
